we cannot cancel or refund orders after they have been shipped to customers.
If the order has been sent out to the wrong address/incomplete address provided by the customer then cancelation is available with a 20% restocking fee. If the customer requests redelivery a flat fee of $15CAD will be charged.
This restocking fee covers payment processing fees, labour spent picking and packing packing your order and the product not being available on the store.
All sales are final and we will not be able to refund the whole order. We can only edit items in your order (Add or remove) before the order is shipped.
